Check-in time?

As a rough guide, the check-in time is after 3 p.m. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule and early check in we‘ll do our best to have your room available.

Check-out time?

As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 11am. If you plan a late check out kindly let us know your departure time, we’ll our best to satisfy your needs.

Is Reception open 24 hours? 

Yes, Reception service is available 24 hours.

GENERAL

Can I leave my luggage? 

We offer luggage storage facilities which are free of charge should you wish to drop off your bags and explore the city while we prepare your room.

Internet connection? 

A wireless internet connection is available throughout the hotel.

The guest rooms feature hi-speed web connectivity (at cost).

Which is the nearest airport? 

The nearest airport is the Rhodes International Airport “Diagoras”, (click for directions) which is located around 15 km away.

Can I rent a car at the hotel or nearby? 

we do have a representative of “J&D Rent a Car” in our reception, we do not have details regarding their prices or their car availability.

Does the Venezia Resort have a gym? 

We have a gym, available to our guests only.

Where can i smoke at the Venezia Resort? 

You can smoke in all outdoor areas.

Do you offer a laundry service? 

We offer laundry and dry cleaning services for our guests, with extra charge. Please ask for more information at the Reception.

Are there car parking spaces or a car park? 

Our hotel has a private car parking.

Can you arrange a taxi for me? 

Υou can order a taxi from the reception staff. If you need it for long distances like the airport, we would advise you to book it a day in advance.

Can I arrange an early check in?

Please send us an email at info@venezia-resort.com we can make a note of your request for early check-in, however, we cannot guarantee a room will be ready before our dedicated check-in time of 3pm.
If you would like to guarantee the room is ready earlier than 10am, you may wish to consider booking the night before as this will ensure the room is kept overnight and ready for your arrival.

How can I get from the airport to the hotel?

From the airport to the hotel you have three transportation options:
To rent a car
To pick up a taxi through the taxi station
To pre order the taxi through this link (Note as well that this service is provided from a 3rd partner whereas we have no responsibility or any obligation in general)

Are pets allowed to stay at the hotel? 

Pets are NOT allowed.

Do you have a transfer to the beach?
We offer a free transfer to and from the beach 3 times a day. (Some services offered by the hotel may not be available or with limited access due to the strict safety and hygiene requirements applied to the hotel because of COVID-19)

ACCOMMODATION

Are cots available? 

Many of our rooms are child-friendly and we can easily arrange cots and extra bedding for you. These are subject to availability, if required, please contact the Reservations Team prior to arrival.

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms? 

Yes, some of our Superior rooms are wheelchair accessible.

What sockets do you have in the rooms? 

Greece operates on 220 volts, 50 Hz, with round-prong European-style plugs.
